Q&A

Will SendReceipt provide support for eReceipt?
No.  Support for eReceipt ended on 9/1/14 and is no longer available.

I lost my serial number for eReceipt?  How can I get a copy?
You can retrieve your serial number from the email that was sent when you purchased the software.  Unfortunately we no longer have access to the original serial numbers that were issued.

I need to reinstall eReceipt but no longer have the installation file.
If you have a valid eReceipt serial number, you may download the last available version for eReceipt which is version 4.3.2 from here. ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT IS PROVIDED.  THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES FOR USE OF THIS SOFTWARE. INSTALLATION OF AND CONTINUED USE OF ERECEIPT IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. REPEAT. THERE IS NO SUPPORT OR WARRANTIES. Why is eReceipt still available on other websites for download if it was discontinued?
Shareware software sites downloaded eReceipt and stored the installation file on their servers without permission.   The original eReceipt files may still be out there but you will be unable able to purchase a serial number past the trial period.

I can no longer access eReceipt but I need my data.  Is this possible?
eReceipt data was stored in a Microsoft Access file.  If you have Access or another program that can read .mdb files, you can retrieve your data from the rmaker.mdb file.

You can also import your eReceipt database into SendReceipt.
